How do I place an order?
Customers can choose to checkout as a guest or log into their member account, then click "Add to Cart" below the product they wish to purchase. After adding all desired products to the cart, click "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of the website to begin the checkout process.
Can I apply a discount code after payment if I forgot to enter it before?
Our system is fully automated. Once an online order is confirmed, the system automatically arranges shipment according to the order contents and cannot be manually modified. Please ensure all details, including discount codes, are correct before completing payment.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may be affected by holidays (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter) or adverse weather conditions. Delivery notifications from the courier service will provide final confirmation. If customers are unable to receive delivery on time due to personal reasons, please contact the courier company directly to make arrangements. Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred. Orders canceled due to the customer’s inability to arrange redelivery are non-refundable.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted and paid, modifications or cancellations are generally not permitted.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?
Please contact us via email and provide the following information:
- Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Name of the missing product(s)
- Photos clearly showing all received items
Our customer service team will investigate and respond promptly.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If products are damaged during shipping, please contact us with your order details and photos of the damaged items, and we will follow up for you.
What are the shipping methods and fees?
For local orders, we use local courier services. Orders totaling HK$600 or more (after discounts) qualify for free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau. Orders below HK$600 (after discounts) incur a HK$40 shipping fee.
For international orders, shipping methods and fees vary by country. Customs duties and all related fees must be paid in full by the customer:
- Hong Kong and Macau: $40
- Asia: $100
- Australia and New Zealand: $200
- Europe: $300
*Delivery to the United States is temporarily unavailable until further notice.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, we will send the order and tracking number via email. Customers can check the relevant courier website for updates.
Customers can also view tracking numbers and logistics information in their registered personal account under order history.
