Return and Exchange Policy
Eligible Circumstances for Returns/Exchanges:
- The product is damaged or broken during the shipping process; the product has defects or non-human-caused malfunctions or damage;
- The product ordered is different from the product delivered;
Ineligible Circumstances for Returns/Exchanges (including but not limited to the following):
- Applications made after the 3-day return/exchange period;
- The product is not in brand-new condition;
- The product itself is damaged by human causes, or due to severe damage caused by customer transportation;
- Loss or damage to gifts and related items accompanying the product;
- Personal factors such as product design or color not meeting expectations;
- Gifts are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, and the quality of gifts is not guaranteed;
- Products explicitly designated as "non-returnable," or "non-exchangeable" through official website disclosures or authorized retailer communications;
- Reasonable discrepancies between images and actual products (such as color differences due to lighting, display, or photography);
- The product is on sale, clearance, or has been marked as having packaging defects or damage;
- Other unreasonable return or exchange requests;
- Promotional bundles or multi-item sets sold as integrated packages are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Refund Procedures:
1. Contact Yii (Hong Kong)
Return or refund requests are only accepted within 3 calendar days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email info@yii-skin.com with the following details for verification
- Order Number
- Order date
- Name and quantity of products to be returned
- Reason for return
- Product photos
2. Pack the products to be returned properly
Only full-order refunds are permitted; partial returns are not accepted. Approved returns require the customer to personally deliver the complete product (including original packaging, all accessories, and complimentary gifts) to the designated address. If any items are missing or damaged, we regret that we cannot accept them and cannot arrange any refund for the customer.
Any return is only accepted for the entire order and must deduct 5% administrative fee from the total order price. Refunds are limited to the cost of goods and do not include any shipping fees or other charges.
All returns must be confirmed by the Company to be free from any human-caused damage, and all returned items must be in good condition before refund arrangements begin. This typically takes 5 working days.
All returned items are subject to verification by the Company and will only be eligible for refund consideration if the returned item is free of any human-caused damage and in good condition. Refund processing will begin within five business days of receipt and inspection.
3. Refunds
Refunds shall be processed using the same payment method employed by the customer during order placement; cash refunds are not permitted. Shipping fees, gift packaging are non-refundable.
If purchased goods are subject to any discount offers (such as product combination offers, merchant or brand discounts, etc.), upon return or exchange, the relevant amounts must be returned in full or proportionally, which may require additional payment or deduction from the refund amount.
Refund processing timelines vary according to the payment provider's operational procedures. The actual crediting of funds to the customer's account depends on the issuing bank's processing cycle; customers are advised to consult their respective financial institutions for precise timelines.
Product exchanges are limited to one (1) instance per original order. No subsequent return or exchange applications shall be entertained following completion of an exchange transaction.
If the number of returns or exchanges exceeds the regulations or if there are abnormal circumstances, the Company has the right to restrict the member's rights without prior notice;
If the customer cancels an order or cancels the purchase of part of the goods or returns or exchanges products with a price difference, member points will also be deducted without prior notice.
